I think the pull you&amp;#39;re looking for is referring to just the arms...the part of the stroke that pulls you through the water.

A common pull drill for breaststroke is doing just the arms with a dolphin kick.  

As for the other strokes theirs tons of drills you just have to look.  Do a search on this forum or on the internet and you&amp;#39;ll find loads of stuff.
