If you have a YMCA membership, your best choice is probably Lakeland Hills YMCA in Mountain Lakes. You can visit their website at: www.lakelandhillsymca.com

There are a lot of teams listed at the Garden State Masters website, but I don't have that much time to track down which is geographically reasonable. I was hoping for some local insight on this one. Also... I do not have a YMCA membership though it looks like I wish I had, seeing all of the YMCA pools out there. Rob
