His was done at a Mayo clinic in Jacksonville (FL).</p> <p>As you probably know by now, these are trickier than regular shoulder replacements.&nbsp; So, makes sense to work with a surgeon who does alot of them for best possible results.</p> <p>Good luck!</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
