I started using one just to swim backstroke and stay underwater on the turns longer. I noticed that I wasn&amp;#39;t so stuffed up after my practices anymore, I guess not having the nasal flush every swim was beneficial to my nasal passages.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
