Good news is that I continue to make progress in my swimming but the bad news is I have a sinus infection and bronchitis. My doctor reviewed my file and looked at today's blood pressure and said "I took your BP the last time you were here (December

RE: Swim Progress - Blood Pressure

Thats a good bp for sure! Last week I was at 1800 meters 3x/week. Had been for a while. Decided I really wanted to "kick it up a notch," and pulled off the workouts from swim2000.com. The "beginner" workout was 3200 yards. Monday I managed to get through 2500 of them, yesterday I got through 3100 (couldn't finish the pull set - cramp in the bicep). I'm very thrilled with myself, but I feel like I've been hit by a Mack truck this morning. Friday I'll try finishing the whole thing.

Weight, blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol levels to name a few all can be improved with proper exercise and diet.

Keep up the good work improving your health and remember to keep your doctor in the loop so that he can evaluate your health on a regular basis before a condition becomes life threating. Last one in the pool is the ultimate winner.

Have a great day
