If you are looking for a coached workout in our area there are a bunch of them. There are good ones at the Y&#39;s midtown and uptown. For all intents and purposes I am the coach at our team. I give stroke help, etc., but I am in the water doing the same workout, so I am not a full on deck coach. There is also a masters team in Plymouth at the Lifetime Fitness. Hope that helps. You know you are always welcome to drop in on our group!! We&#39;re not that far from you.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: need a coach

Is there usually a coach there?

Yep! Most teams that I have looked at have had a coach there. To find a team in your area, go to the USMS website and click on &quot;Places to Swim&quot;. Then just follow the directions...it&#39;s pretty self explanitory!
