Dima-- If you are looking for a coached workout in our area there are a bunch of them. There are good ones at the Y's midtown and uptown. For all intents and purposes I am the coach at our team. I give stroke help, etc., but I am in the water doing the same workout, so I am not a full on deck coach. There is also a masters team in Plymouth at the Lifetime Fitness. Hope that helps. You know you are always welcome to drop in on our group!! We're not that far from you.
