After four weeks in a cast your hand is likely to be sore and stiff.  It may take a bit for you to become comfortable with the use of your hand again.  If flexibility is not an issue you can always swim with closed fists or with fist gloves.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
