What&amp;#39;s the specific question? This is a big area.

For me specifically - I try to eat balanced meals, I don&amp;#39;t follow low fat, low carb, or other &amp;quot;fads&amp;quot;; I just eat sensible meals and  keep the calories down to a reasonable level.
