I thought it might be a trapped nerve as it hurts when I do certain things. Like reach up, or move my arm above my head for whatever reason. If I straighten it down it does too.
I&amp;#39;ll rest it for a few days.

I got a really bad one not too long ago in my calf.  Just stretch it out a couple times a day and give yourself a rest for a couple days.  Drink lots of fluids and get soem sodium intake too.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
