American Ryan Lochte won the silver with a time of 1:58.78.

That may be true ... but most  wish I could do as well without as much sleep.  Who cares?  The kid&amp;#39;s done well.

This gives the Olympic swimmer from Towson four gold medals and three bronze medals. he has a chance at two more medals in the 2004 games in Athens.
