I really want to get back into distance swimming. But I&amp;#39;m not sure how I should start....

1) I know how to swim, I know technique, I know drills, and I know equipement, I just don&amp;#39;t know what my workout should look like at first.
2) There is no USMS team within 100miles of where I live (Rolla MO). So, I&amp;#39;m flying solo on this.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
