I be on your relay Karen, I need all the posting help I can get!! Of course I am in the next age group of posting, so that makes me a slower poster right No offense taken on the National thread, the number of Illinois people going this year is a lot because it is an easy drive!

Darn I have made USMS Top 10 for 18 years in a row, probably not in the top 100 posters. I would have to post 11.7875 posts per day to get into the top 10, and with my luck the top posters would speed up to 12.000+- posts with no touch pads, Oh that was another thread?:p

Just as in swimming it’s not the number of posts that is important, it the distance per post that matters. For my money, I think Emmett has one of the best distance per posts.

How about those of us who suffer silently (or nearly so) through reams of posts by bitter malcontents bent on self-aggrandisement and posessed of no discernable interpersonal communication skills? Each time the giant sucking sound occurred my teeth gnashed or my eyes rolled or my blood pressure rose and THEN, for the most part, I stayed my restless fingers from firing off a return volley. How about a Top 10 Lurker List? I've been a member since August of '02 and have only 19 posts. I probably view this site a couple of times a day. I feel under represented and offended that my lack of contribution goes unrecognized...

I see this top 10 list is really a recognition of quality PostMax, developed as a young poster.
