That can get me motivated to almost anything! 

For swimming in long distance in meets, I got a song stuck in my head once and had a great race so I try to get it back each race. It&amp;#39;s &amp;quot;The Remedy&amp;quot; by Jason Mirhaz (sp?). The song has a great beat and is easy to follow along in my head.
