Do stroke drills, improve your efficiency, and every second you give up in conditioning will be matched 2 for 1 in improved technique, AND those improvements will stay with you when you get back to swimming more yards.

In the summer my yardage goes down do to not having as much pool time available for lap swimming. (kind of ironic isn&amp;#39;t it), so I do other things to keep the fitness levels up.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
