A friend from NJ sent me the thread. I contacted the German Masters organization for help and received an e-mail address (grenados.j@oninet.es) of the president of a swim club in Palma di Mallorca who was also envolved in organizing the European Championships in 2001. He speaks German but I don&#39;t know whether he speaks any English but assume he does. I have sent him an e-mail and asked for more information and English-speaking contacts in Spain today. If I hear anything from him I will forward it to you. But also feel free to contact him yourself. I am glad that I get the oportunity to reciprocate for all the help I had received from the US Masters during my stay in NJ. Hey are you planning to go to the World Champs in Italy. I plan to attend and compete in the backstroke events. maybe we can meet there and chat over a cup of coffee. Go to this website: <a href="http://www.rfen.es/homemast.htm">www.rfen.es/homemast.htm</a> that is the equivalent of our usms.org for Spain. The only thing you might find is that there aren&#39;t as many competitions over there as there are here, but then again Europe is so much smaller you can look for competitions in neighboring countries. For a list of masters clubs in the area you are potentially moving to check here: <a href="http://www.rfen.es/master/clumaste.htm">www.rfen.es/.../clumaste.htm</a> you should have contacts and can find out when they practice and how much to suit your needs Good luck!
