Last time I went I did 1-mile at Queensboro Community College.

Instead, I've been doing a weight/cardio routine. Sometimes, I hit bodyweight exercises too. You know. Pushups, chinups, bodyweight

RE: Pounds keep coming off

i think your right with the altering routine to lose weight,i tend to always do differing swim workouts when i need to lose a few pounds,i find that the body gets resiliant to routine, break that routine and your body cannot anticipate with fat storage....

RE: Pounds keep coming off

My goal is to pick up lots of women at the beach next summer. Honestly, I don't really measure success in terms of an exact weight.

I was 5'11 and 215 with a broad back and shoulders from swimming and weights. I'm down to 204. I guess if I can get down to 195, that would be great. Any more weight loss would mean I'm losing muscle mass too. My goal is to lose fat only.

RE: Pounds keep coming off

Hey courteous, i have read your post and was wondering if you have a set goal for weight loss. Have you changed your diet or is all you are doing is exersize. If you still want to lose more weight, you might want to try talking to your doctor or try a good program like Weight Watchers. That program worked wonders for me. I was 220 pounds and at 5'11" that is alot of weight for that body size. After about 5 months, I was down to 175 and I decided to start to swim in compition again after 13 years. Like I said, I don't know your situationas in your goals and if its nopne of my business please let me know.

Thanks
