I travel to the following cities during the year and need help in finding public swimming facilities. At home I average 2500 meters a day and get grumpy when can&amp;#39;t swim whiole on the road! There&amp;#39;s lots of places to swim in miami, it depends on where you are staying...

Also--do you belong to a YMCA, YMHA or JCC?  Sometimes you can use those memberships to swim at the local facility that is part of that organization.
If you belong to USMS--it&amp;#39;s the same thing.  You generally can swim with a Masters group as long as you have your ID card with you.
