Was just reading the hips and shoulders roll together always. When I do so, the shoulder feels pressure--as if I&#39;m pressing on my joints. Any suggestions how to roll hips and shoulders without the feeling of joint pressure?

Most people are concentrating on their shoulders and arms and the brain will think like that too. Just give it a go--think hips first--the shoulders will go along and at the same time too.<div style="clear:both;"></div>
