If I didn&amp;#39;t have to work I would probably be down the pool ALL the time. For me it’s limiting the amount of TV I watch and the amount of sleep I get.  Also, I have a schedule of swimming times that I try to commit to each week and I look for alternative times if conflicts develop rather than writing off that work out i.e. working out over lunch instead of a scheduled night.

Energy - eat right and be sure to refuel within 30 minutes to 1hour of working out.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
