I usually swim mulitple events in one day. I do a couple starts of each event I&amp;#39;m swimming and then about 200 yards warm down for 1200-1400 total warm up.  If the meet is progressing rapidly and there will be less than half an hour or so before my next race, the 150-200 warm down after the prior race will serve as my warm up for the next one.  If there&amp;#39;s more time between, I&amp;#39;ll do a warm down and then a warm up.
