If you keep wearing those , do what long distance runners and rub some vaseline on parts that become chaffed. OR start trying other suits.

When I swim for a long distance (e.g. > 5 km), my *** starts to chafe. However, chafing does not happen at any other body parts. Is the problem because of my swimwear? This is really never an issue for me. Other body parts, yeah. But not my ***. What kind of suit are you wearing? Might be a question for the Open Water Swimming forum. Dan
