( I worked out by myself.)  Six months and I didn&amp;#39;t swim without them until I went to SC Natl&amp;#39;s. I did great times at that meet held at USC.  Then I started swimming with a group and only wore them for kicking because that was what the group was doing. now I swim by myself again and use the fins for all kick sets and drills and maybe some swims, like if I do a ladder, 1, 2, 3.4.5 and back I will wear fins for the 400&amp;#39;s, or maybe go up with fins and back without them Makes the workout more interesting.
