I was n an auto accident and had a severe tear of my spinal cord. From t-14 to L2.  I have a think down my spinal cord that looks like a ladder sawed down the middle.  I used to be able to swim butterfly and was told while it wasn&amp;#39;t fast it was beautiful.  Now I can&amp;#39;t do it at all.  My legs float above my back so that I can&amp;#39;t get my body up  out of the water.    I have tried fins, paddles and one arm drills.  Any suggestion.  Before the surgerey, the doctor said tha tI maybe would not be able to swim but Ishowed him.
