Just thought I&amp;#39;d share how the three key things I did to get rid of it, since I know it&amp;#39;s a problem.

I got elbow tendonitis more from using screwdrivers and hammers around the house.   I just wanted to say if you have any elbow tendonitis problems, try a BandIt.   I don&amp;#39;t know why they work but they do, and quickly and effectively.   I wasn&amp;#39;t really sure if swimming was causing elbow tendonitis so I wore the BandIt for a while swimming and it was fine.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
