l&#39;m a senior citizen who is just starting to swim Fly, it&#39;s slow and not pretty yet, but my question is:
Would a mono fin help train me to keep my feet together? If so, does anyone have a suggestion as to which one to buy?

Thanks in advance

Can you do a dolphin kick with a board? How about with fins or vertical kicking or on the wall? What is the problem you are trying to correct?<div style="clear:both;"></div>
