I used that when I used to feel hot spots coming on in adventure races and it sticks well for quite a while, even when you get it wet. Try the athletic, stretch wrap. I have used it on my ankle and it stayed on well in the water.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
