I came fourth behind three Australians in the 110 yard race. Wednesday they are remembering the first sub 4 minute mile run at the games in Vancouver. I visited the site 2 weekends ago. Brought back many memories. My Avatar is the stating block at the old pool. Too bad the old outdoor pool at UBC is done. I was just off selection for the 98 games. Not a ton of medals coming for Canada in Glasgow but some good wins and Canadian records...
