you should ask if anyone plays cricket or squash.....in a pool that might get a better response pwb. all of my co-workers are from the bangalore area and not delhi

I used to travel to India once or twice a year, but, with one rare exception, never got in for a swim. The last time I was there was 2010 and they were upgrading a pool for the Commonwealth Games (d2010.thecgf.com/dr_sp_mukherjee_swimming_stadium). I am heading back in early July and wondered if anyone has swum there? If so, can you point me to any website that might have hours (I find a lot of references to it and phone numbers, but no details on schedules)? If you have swum in the greater Delhi area (I'll be staying in Gurgaon) and can recommend any other pool, I'd greatly appreciate it.All right, my trip got postponed and I'm heading over to India later this month. I have struck out through my contacts there in getting into the 2010 Commonwealth Games pool as I need to be escorted by a member. Just bumping this up again to see if anyone else has swum while in the greater Delhi area?
