did those guys throw the race or did she have an incredible last 20M?Well, her turn was much, much quicker than the guys and I think, judging by her physique, maybe she's ignoring Dr. Rushall's advice to lay off the drylands. Clearly, her out of water training helped her crush the last length.

We used to do something similar to this in grade school gym class, but in our regular clothes. I always managed to fun my fingers over. I'll bet that wasn't any run. :)

We actually used to do that as dryland training when they turned our 50 meter indoor pool into a water park in Colorado. We used to have to go up the 7 or 8 ramps to the top of the slide. Sadly we weren't allowed to ride the slide back down.
