Stewart, If you have a car, I'd highly recommend the team at Denver University -- www.du.edu/.../index.html. It is pretty convenient to downtown with a car; not sure about public transit. The pool is VERY good. I didn't swim with the Masters team the one time I was there and kind of feigned ignorance when I showed up during lap swimming hours (at the time they didn't have lap swimming open to the general public; not sure if that has changed) and managed to talk my way into the pool.

Lunch time workouts at DU are well attended. The pool has been recently resurfaced..... although no one can figure out why the water is so dark now. It's a really nice workout facility.... but not so good for meets. I attend the Sat. and Sun. morning workouts and enjoy it.
