But that is only about 15% of information regarding what you are doing when swimming, as coach T said, the underwater views are missing. Also while your motivation to become an elite level swimmer is commendable, and certainly you show potential, but requires more than comments from a swimming forum, rather you would benefit from an experienced coach to help facilitate your training and stroke development. If not available locally, there are quality coaching services available virtually as well.
