Plus a drag suit.  Many other female teammates did the same.  :)   As for tapering - definitely check out the blogs. I&amp;#39;ve never been to Nationals (or tapered, for that matter).  I suspect how you taper depends a lot on the distances you swim.  I suggest you visit the Workouts forum and see how the coaches there do tapers.  I know Leslie&amp;#39;s HIT workouts feature tapers when approaching big meets.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
