My doctor says I can get back in the pool next week, but has no idea about types of workout, etc. I normally do 3,500 - 5,000 three times a week, with varying intensities. The only issue was keeping the eyes dry. Yoga and running were OK the day after surgery. Enjoy your new eyesight. It is nice to be able to see the clock and the other swimmers without the Rx goggles.
