i am intermediate swimmer 

not long time i started to done the 50m pool using butterfly stroke, but at the end of 50m i feel tired , isn&amp;#39;t cause bad technique or it&amp;#39;s normal thing .

To answer one question, it is entirely normal to feel tired at the end of 50 meters butterfly. Even people with good technique have to expend effort to swim this crazy stroke!
