It&amp;#39;s honestly not that hard of an event (granted I am a 200 flyer). It&amp;#39;s fun to do once, but I&amp;#39;m not going to make a career of it. I&amp;#39;d rather race the 800 Free for a real time and TTs in USMS
 
 
FYI: Australian Masters National Record for 800 IM in my age group. I missed it 5 seconds. :)

I do remember going a 4:10, or I believe below a 4:10 back in the day as an age grouper/college dude in LCM 400 Free.  Not sure it&amp;#39;s possible to do now.
