1) A good routine for getting myself back into swimming shape (both in pool workout and dry land workouts)

1.  Find a team and a coach that you can talk to.  Don&amp;#39;t care if it&amp;#39;s high school, club, YMCA, or Masters.
 
2.  Show up consistantly, and do the workouts.
 
Until you make these two things happen, you will not find your way to a college team anytime soon.  There is no magic pill.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
