Our Y required that you be a member as i recall, and also required that you join usms (for insurance purposes). Some may have one rate for a masters program for Y members and higher rate for Y non-members. Our Y masters program fizzled before it started (not enough sign-ups), but at least it got me into usms last fall.:D<div style="clear:both;"></div>
