I would once again, like to hear from the community here what they think I could do to improve my butterfly even more.

The hands do appear to be a little wide but it is tough to see from that angle. 
 
The hips are a little low (but still ok). It seems as though your kick comes mainly from your legs rather than your torso. Getting the movement from your torso and hips will get your hips up a little higher. It looks pretty good from above.  Nice body dolphin.  It&amp;#39;s a bit tough to see what is going on under water, and I could be wrong, but it seems like your hands  are a bit wide as they pass under your body.  It also seems like you are not getting much of a vertical forearm and your elbows are leading the way back.  But, again, it&amp;#39;s tough to know for sure from above.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
