Ha. I am actually serious about a national day. There seems to be two lists. A list of actual proclamations which include some lesser known days and then there are lists of crazy days like 'National Candy Day'? I can't find a reference to 'National Swimming Day' but when I google it there are multiple comments about when it is. Does anyone know if these fun national days are proclaimed by a organization or are people just making stuff up? Can I just proclaim June 6th National Swim Day right here and now?
