I think your last 50  faster than your first means you left too much in the tank.  If you have that much energy at the end, your total time would have been faster if you worked the middle harder.

I&amp;#39;ve always been a SCY/SCM swimmer.  My walls and turns are pretty good.  No matter what throughout most of my career, I&amp;#39;ve never been able to live up to the conversions from short course into long course.
