The only coached workout I know of is at Ft Eustis. Check the website for the Coast Guard Blue Dolphin age group team.

any groups that workout together in/near hampton va? You should contact Betsy Durrant, she lives in the Virginia Beach area and might be familiar with the opportunities down there. But there is another group in Norfolk. Of course you can always try USMS places to swim, which is now geocoded.
