I had the right one done 2 years ago and it is great. I had the left one done 3 months ago and it&amp;#39;s about 75% better, but I remember it was almost 9 months before my right one really felt well. 

I can&amp;#39;t comment on how it works for shoulders, but I got minimal relief from cortisone, so this was a good option for me. Insurance paid for my first one, but not the latest one.
