Maybe the easiest way is to go here: http://www.usms.org/myusms/ then click on "My Meet Results." It only includes results that have been uploaded into the national database. This is becoming much more common nowadays, but that wasn't always the case.

It sounds like you're looking more for what's shown if you choose "Individual results" then search on your name. That will show you all (the good, bad and really ugly) of your results for the past few years at least.

On the opening page go to "Competition" then scroll down to "Event Results and Rankings".
