A comment below that article says that Kristy Kowal is coming back. I have no idea if that is true or not. So i am hopeful that we were wrong! The 49.9 this weekend showed he has done the hard part and that he is truly in shape and committed. I give at least 50/50 to be in london this summer.

RE: Anthony Ervin back in the pool

He had the fastest time in the 50 free prelims. I don't know how he has been training but I think that it is clear that the ability is still there. I only think it will take a 21.9 to make the Olympic team. I also seem to recall that he was a 21.2 in SCM the summer he went 21.8. This doesn't seem impossible, at all.

But I think getting any hopes up for a real comeback are silly because I doubt he will see it through.

RE: Anthony Ervin back in the pool

But I think getting any hopes up for a real comeback are silly because I doubt he will see it through.
