I&amp;#39;ve been going to PT and recently have gotten back into the pool, so im trying to catch back up. Anyone have any tips/workout to help out. Since I am also trying to get back into the swimming scene.

The doc put me in a leg brace 24x7 but the sports brace could go into the pool. 

I started with one-legged turns (either flip turns or open turns) and kicked with one leg and just wiggled the repaired leg. No breaststroke kick, start it very gently. 

Walking and lunges in the shallow end feel good. Forwards, backwards, sideways, little jumps.

Good luck with your recovery.
