Journey to Olympic Trials, by Jeff Commings

This blog will post every workout I do as I prepare to compete at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials. I will be 38 years old when I swim the 100 breaststroke at the Trials in Omaha

RE: Journey to Olympic Trials, by Jeff Commings

No doubt, Go Jeff! I swam with Jeff at Texas and he was always a devoted and dedicated swimmer. He worked with Eddie all the time to perfect himself and to have that focus and determination at that age is what gave him his success today.

My blog has a place for comments, so if you want to interact, please do! I look forward to hearing from everyone.

Hats off to you, Jeff!

I&#39;ve thought about entering the Nationals back in Scotland, but that&#39;s another level altogether from the US Olympic Trials.

I&#39;ll need to check out your blog (which I can&#39;t do at work) as I&#39;m dying to know what constraints you are working with and how you will manage them (work, family, life....).<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Journey to Olympic Trials, by Jeff Commings

I decided against posting on the USMS site because the blog is geared for people beyond Masters, and I wasn&#39;t entirely sure if a non-Masters swimmer would create a profile just to read my blog.
