He was out of the water for 4 weeks, then was given the go ahead to return however just kicking for 4 weeks. Once he hit 8 weeks, he was given the go ahead to gradually build back up, wear goggles and resume practices however was not allowed to fly in a plane nor compete during a 10 week time frame. His surgery was in August and he just recently finished a channel and 5 mile island swim in St. Lucia.&amp;nbsp; Good luck with your recovery and stay positive!
