The similarly named event in Cleveland, <a href="https://clevelandmasters2024.com/">Pan-American Masters Games</a>, is run by a separate organization (International Masters Games Association) with a variety of sports including swimming. The host of the Cleveland event has indicated they plan for it to be a <a href="https://www.usms.org/-/media/USMS/PDFs/Guide%20To%20Operations%20-%20GTO/Sanctions/gto_sanc_general">recognized event (not sanctioned)</a>, meaning times would count for USMS records and Top 10. For pool/open water swimming, it appears you only need to register as an individual (by May 15) and then relays will be submitted closer to the event.
