Hi Allen:

I do not have an up to date FINA Handbook, which is released every 4 years and that last one I believe was in 2019 and in that rule book explains what the technical committee does and how its made up. The FINA Masters Technical Committee handles all aspects for all of the member National Governing Bodies and also works with the geographical regions divisions such as LEN in Europe, UANA, and others.

What does the "FINA Technical Masters Committee" do? The "technical" part has me confused.
