Actually, I finally received 6 emails from the conference hotel people yesterday (2 rooms reserved) with all the information I needed. However, they specifically said DO NOT contact the hotel directly. The hotels will not have your information until after September 21st.

I also have sent a query to the email address given <usmssummernationals@conferencedirect.com> and have received no response. While I do have a Master Acknowledgement Number, I don't have any confirmation of the dates for which I have hotel reservations, the number and type of rooms, nor the price. I'm getting uncomfortable not having this information.

Hi Jennifer,

Officially there will be no shuttle system for LCN, however individual hotels may (or may not) be willing to accommodate their guests with helping them get around. With the shutdown of some services during the past 16/17 months, many corporations have yet to reimplement some services such as a shuttle due to logistics related to cleaning and potential crowding, etc. I suggest you call the hotel directly to discuss with them.
